The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. It made us feel right at home. We loved the flat-screen TV with cable channels, perfect for relaxing and watching our favorite shows after a long day of exploring. The two bedrooms were comfortable and provided a cozy and restful night's sleep. Having a washing machine in the apartment was so convenient, especially for longer stays. The city views from the 3-star apartment were breathtaking, adding to the overall charm and ambiance.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of karaoke, but I understand that some people enjoy it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful accommodation in a charming village surrounded by breathtaking vine-covered green hills in France's Champagne region. The apartment I stayed in was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all modern amenities. The owner, Julian, went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby towns and renowned champagne houses like Veuve-Clicquot, Bollinger, and Moët et Chandon. I especially enjoyed the proximity to a farmers market, where I could immerse myself in the local culture. The small and tranquil town of Ay was the perfect base for exploring the region. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the Champagne region.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, stylish, and comfortable, and we loved having access to the beautiful courtyard and pool. The staff were discreet, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was delivered to our room and enjoyed on our patio. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore this stunning city on foot, while still being in a quiet and tranquil setting.
Nothing, all was good.

We had an amazing stay at Champagne & Grand Cru in Ay! the apartment was well-equipped and quiet, and the owner Cedric was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even leaving us a generous welcome package of cheese, charcuterie, wine, tea. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, cafés, and Champagne Houses for tours and tastings. We also loved the Friday market in the square outside. Cedric's hospitality and the convenient location made our trip truly special.

The free WiFi was fantastic, I got to update my social media with all the fancy champagne and grand cru I was sipping. The towels were so plush, I felt like I was in a five-star spa.
Oh, there was absolutely nothing wrong, everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about, no siree.

My partner and I stayed at Champagne & Grand Cru in Ay for a weekend getaway. Cedric, our attentive host, welcomed us with a bottle of local champagne and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The modern and spacious 2-bedroom apartment was well equipped with all necessities, including a washing machine and reliable WiFi. The central location allowed us to easily explore the town and visit nearby champagne houses. We also enjoyed having two boulangeries within a stone's throw from the apartment.
Would recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at Champagne & Grand Cru in Ay-Champagne was absolutely wonderful. The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated four of us, and the central location made it convenient to explore the area. We were impressed with the fresh decorations and well-equipped kitchen, which even had a coffee maker. The friendly service and attentive owner made us feel welcomed, and we especially loved the complimentary bottle of champagne and local pastries. The nearby boulangerie and restaurants were an added bonus. Despite the hot weather, the only drawback was the lack of a fan or air conditioner in the second bedroom. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Ay-Champagne.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was impeccable, with modern and stylish decor. The location was superb, right in the heart of the town and within walking distance of several champagne houses. The staff, especially Cedric, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and always being available to assist us with anything we needed.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences.
